Home dashboard
What it does: A welcome screen with your top tip based on your own data, highlights from your accounts, trades and costs, a simple update checker, and a built-in FAQ tab that explains every tab.
Why it helps: Shows what is going on the moment you open the app.
Projection Simulator
What it does: Runs thousands of simulated eval attempts under your firm rules, from your win rate and average win and loss or from your real trades. Charts show the simulated account paths, drawdowns, and how pass odds and cost per pass change with trade size.
Why it helps: Replaces "I think my edge is fine" with numbers, and shows how much the rules matter.
Cost per pass and expected value
What it does: In the Projection Simulator: divides the eval fee by your pass rate and estimates expected value per attempt from the payouts you expect.
Why it helps: Shows the real price of getting funded, and helps you decide between a reset and a new eval.
Size sensitivity and likely ranges
What it does: Reruns your odds at smaller and larger sizes and shows a likely range, not one number.
Why it helps: Shows whether trading smaller helps, and is honest about how uncertain the answer is.
Firm presets and comparison
What it does: Presets for 11 futures prop firms, covering their evaluation and instant-funded plans, each with a last-checked date and its source, plus a table that ranks them using your own trades.
Why it helps: Helps you choose the firm whose rules suit how you trade.
Trade journal
What it does: Imports a CSV from NinjaTrader and shows win rate, expectancy, profit factor, streaks, equity and drawdown charts, trade result distribution, weekday results, tags and account filters.
Why it helps: Shows your real edge, and which setups earn money.
Trade tagging and mistake cost
What it does: Tag every imported trade by strategy, setup, session or mistake, or create your own categories (market condition, emotion, anything) and your own tags inside them, with several tags per trade. Edit tags in the trade list, tag many trades at once, or set auto-tag rules such as MNQ trades between 09:30 and 10:00 get tagged ORB, which also run on every new import. Filter AI Analytics by one or more tags to see win rate, average R, profit and expectancy for each, and get a month-by-month report of what each mistake tag has cost you.
Why it helps: Turns a pile of trades into answers: which setups pay, which sessions to skip, and what your mistakes really cost. Tags are saved on your computer and included in backups.
AI Analytics
What it does: Automated analysis of your own trades, run on your computer. It replays your real trades under each firm's rules, breaks results down by hour and hold time, checks habits such as quick re-entry after a loss, flags near-miss days, and shows how far trades moved against you and how much profit you gave back.
Why it helps: Finds the hours, habits and rules that quietly cost you money.
Accounts
What it does: Tracks every eval and funded account with profit and drawdown progress bars.
Why it helps: One dashboard, and an early look at how close each account is to a limit.
Cost Tracker
What it does: Logs every cost of running your prop business: evaluation fees, resets, platform and data subscriptions, memberships, journalling tools, commissions and one-off purchases. Recurring costs are counted automatically from their start date. You get totals, a breakdown of where the money goes, a month-by-month view, a per-firm table and charts of spend against payouts.
Why it helps: Answers the question most traders avoid: are you profitable as a prop trader once every cost is counted?
Payout Simulator
What it does: Checks payout eligibility against a firm's rules, suggests an amount that keeps drawdown room, forecasts when your next payout is likely, and simulates the whole journey from eval to payouts.
Why it helps: Helps you avoid failing a consistency rule or withdrawing too much.
Saved on your computer, with backups
What it does: Keeps your data in a file on your own computer, with one-click backup and restore, and a choice of where the file lives. Nothing is uploaded.
Why it helps: Your trading records stay private and under your control.
PropCompass Risk Desk for NinjaTrader 8
What it does: A stand-alone window with a card for every account you trade: P&L, contracts against your maximum, streaks, and warnings for a day drop, giving back profit, oversize, revenge trades, overtrading and tilt. It is alert-only and never places or cancels orders.

PropCompass Orderflow Suite for NinjaTrader 8
What it does: A stand-alone price ladder with Bid, Ask, Price, P&L and Notes columns, order-flow columns (Delta, RBA, Order Flow Events, Pull / Stack, Profile + VWAP, gauges, RVOL + Regime), ticks per row from 1 to 500, a chart and TPO market profile beside it, and click trading with an on/off switch, account and ATM pickers and hotkeys.

What it does: A stand-alone window that turns every trade into sound: one tone for buys at the ask and another for sells at the bid, a bell for big prints (block size from 5 to 500 lots), a glide for fast sweeps, and spike alerts with sensitivity from 1 to 10. A buy and sell pressure bar, a trade-flow equaliser and a scrolling tape show the same flow on screen. It never places orders.
