Questions
What do I get for $99?
The complete PropCompass app for Windows and a licence key, with one year of updates and support. It is the same app and the same tools that will sell at the standard price of $300.
What happens after the first year?
The app keeps working forever. If you want new versions after the first year, updates are $19 a year. If you do not renew, you simply stay on the last version your licence covers.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once. The $19 a year for updates is optional.
Do I need an account or internet?
No account. Your licence key is checked on your own computer, so the app works offline. You only need internet to download the installer and later updates.
Where is my data kept?
In a file on your own computer. It is never uploaded. You can back it up and restore it from inside the app, and choose where the file lives.
Can I try it first?
Without a licence key the app opens in demo mode with sample data, so you can look around. Demo mode does not save your own data.
Does it work on Mac?
Not at the moment. PropCompass is for Windows 10 and 11.
Are Risk Desk, Orderflow Suite and FlowPulse included?
No. Risk Desk is a separate $20 add-on and PropCompass Orderflow Suite is a separate $19 add-on. PropCompass FlowPulse is coming soon as a separate add-on, with its price announced at launch. All three are for NinjaTrader 8, and each works without the PropCompass app.
What about refunds?
The terms, including refunds, will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
